Happy hump day! I'm up early to get ready for a meeting at one of my new schools. This is the brand new school they just built. It will be cool to see it & where they plan to put my office. I hope the principal & teachers will work well with me.

It is a cool 59 degrees this morning & humidity is low. Only supposed to get up to around 80 degrees. Really nice weather for the end of August. I'm ready for me some fall! Have a great day everyone.

What's FB? Yeah, I'm not sure what happened, use to have no problem uploading, now it gets to 98/99% and freezes up. I have no problems on any other forums except this one. Tapatalk is great, and fast, it's just a much better set up. Going thru the site is a real PITA.

lol, it's funny, but work has taught me how to be offended at almost everything. In reality (away from work), I am not easily offended, but when I am at work, not only do I have to be PC, vanilla, and all of that, but I have to make sure others are doing the same thing.

And they wonder why I am so quiet.

BTW, work is having a massive IT issue of some sort, and so far, I cannot log in to work. Should I be offended?

I have no problems doing what I want on this site with my phone without Tapatalk so have no use for another app taking up space & my precious few brain cells. LOL

What a morning! Got ready to leave for my meeting & had a few minutes of panic unable to find my car key. Then could not find the school, then arrived just as fire trucks were flying in & kids were exiting the building. I figured there was a bomb threat but apparently the crews still working on the new building had hit a gas line. I had to creep through the parking lot as kids were evacuating through there & just park & wait out the chaos until I could leave. The meeting will have to be rescheduled. I was able to briefly speak to the principal. While I was waiting I got a call from my supervisor who was stopped from entering by law enforcement. Then a few min later while I was still there she called back saying one of my clients had been put out of school due to aggression. I finally got to leave & have been making phone calls to deal with that situation.

In between all that I had to run Pepper up the street to get tires rotated. I knew it needed to be done but I got a tire maintenance light in the info center. That darn car is smarter than I am. Now we have to figure out how to turn off the dummy light.

I like tapatalk for this site when I am using my phone. I prefer the regular site when using my tablet or laptop. I am working through some vehicle issues myself. Had a staple in one of the Camaro tires last week luckily they were able to repair the leak. My Silverado has a CEL looks like a bad O2 sensor. Also both the Silverado and the Camaro are due for an oil change. I have a GMPP for the truck so I will have to take it in to the dealer to have it fixed.

I am so disgusted with my water spots on my Camaro & my own limited energy for dealing with them. I did not get to go to my class due to a late client so I came home planning to clean on the car. I did manage to get the water spots off the glass & mirrors. Then I started working on the water spots on the roof & they were not budging. I tried Meguiar's Next Generation wax which is really good at stuff like that & it was not getting them. Then I got some Mother's cleaner wax & it helped but still was not getting them out completely. I was worn out from just trying to work on part of the roof & doing the glass. I was disgusted & tired & told Mike I just want to have it professionally done. He said he thinks Meguiar's cleaner wax will get them but we are out of it. He will get me some tomorrow. I just get worn out so easily now when I try to work on the car. I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to do this stuff.

Well, today is the last Thursday in Nashville, then just a few Tuesdays & then no more Nashville commute. It will be a slow morning but a busy afternoon today. Hopefully when I get home I can work on Ruby's paint again. We have a car show this weekend & I don't expect to win anything but I'd like to not be embarrassed. HAGD all.

My friend that I got my Impala from now has a 1970 Chevelle SS 396 available. He finds some neat stuff. It is dark green with a matching vinyl top and interior.

A good friend of mine had a dark green one in high school with white stripes, cowl induction, and a four speed.....loved that car and it would certainly run.
