Usually on the weekends only, not really practical driving it to work and back. I can't keep my freaking foot out of it.

Weekend Warrior! Thats what I bought it for, I have a DD. I plan on keeping it, having a beat up old car in 20 yrs is not the plan. Having a well kept convertible monster is. I still get butterflies every time I drive it. I love the anticipation of the ride and enjoy the time I do get so much more.

I have a lot of cars. Some I don't drive very much. In fact, I tend to drive the lesser ones more often as my "chase around" cars. I work from my home so don't commute and currently have 13 cars. One of my Vette's has seen less than 100 miles in the past three years. I've had well over 100 cars over the years and I don't think I've ever really taken a loss on any of them when I sold them. Some balanced out based on use, others I got as much or more than I paid for them at time I sent the on their way. Heck, I remember selling some of my childhood toys on Ebay that had cost a dollar when originally purchased, and that I was selling for $275 each or more (because they were well taken care of). Camaro's won't go up in price like that, of course, but some cars do.

At any rate, I like cars. In the end, it's only up to me when and why and how often that I drive them.

It's one of four cars in the stable. I wait for the weekend to drive my Z...less traffic.

Daily driver here. Can't get enough of this car. Could never imagine it sitting in my garage not getting hammered on. Scratches can be fixed and parts can be replaced, but good times can't replicate.

DD and WW. Drive it all week long and then open her up on the weekend. Few cars in the world are that versatile.

^^^ Agreed - I travel a lot so my wife usually drives it daliy. I always found that thinks go wrong when vehicles sit for long periods of time. Going on 2 years 17,000 miles

But by the same token , if that captain doesn't take very good care off His Ship , he will loose it plus his all crew at once!

Enjoying the car doesnt have to mean destroying it everyday in traffic and weather. I prefer to burn it down on the weekend.
