Exclamation Creaking/Cracking Sound!

I just started noticing about a week ago that my car was making a creaking/cracking noise at low speeds, now it's driving me insane. It seems to be coming from the rear and I've only been able to replicate it in first gear, all other gears seem fine. Also, I only hear it when the car is in gear and the clutch is fully disengaged (pedal all the way down) or the last inch as clutch is engaging. Only happens below ~5mph, however I'm not sure if I just can't hear it above that because of my exhaust. When going over bumps, in first gear, with clutch fully disengaged, I can hear it creak/crack as the wheels go over the bump. Best way I can describe it is it sounds like plastic cracking before it snaps. Other than the sound, car runs fine. Anybody have any ideas??
