I put the stock cam in, and had the dealer put in a new ECM and flash it with the correct vin to put the car back to a auto transmission.

Now the car has a nasty misfire, but only on cylinders 6 and 7; which is very odd.

Do I need to do a case relearn?
I would post the files, but apparently we can not attach HP tuners log files.

I'm going to pull the plug and check compression on both the cylinders, but I suspect it is fine. I actually pulled the front of the motor off a second time to double check the cam timing, it is correct.
