Battery
What's the pros and cons if any on running a Braille battery on a daily driver? And how much wight do you save?

A lot of money for no real reason. Half the weight for twice the price. You may save about 20+ lbs, but if I took a dump before I got in the car, I'd make that up in weight savings!!!
Braille makes lightweight race batteries for a reason. On a stocker, unless you're shaving every ounce of weight somewhere else, doesn't make sense, either financially or practically.

I've read the stock battery is 42 lbs. Braille and similar batteries get as low as 15 lbs I think. I have one but I really DD my car. I might do it this fall for a month or two.

For a little more that's not a bad savings on weight. I'm on my second standard batt when it's hot out its a bitch to start. If I shut it off run in and back out of a store or something it struggles to start. I see they have really good cranking amps. Prob just going to try it. Thanks
