Okay, early review. Honestly after all I had heard about this the Vitesse Throttle controller, I am somewhat unimpressed. I could tell a difference, but even on 9 it was not the "OMG it was hard to handle" difference folks had talked about. Maybe with my mods & tune my lag time is minimal & maybe the difference is just not as impressive on the V6 as with the V8's. I slowed to a crawl on several long straight stretches of road & punched it. Yeah, it will go, but I never even chirped the tires until I stopped and got gas on the way home & chirped them a little pulling out (set on 9). I will keep it on & drive it some more & maybe on curvy roads next time.

I have a LLT M6 and I think the best benefit of the VTC for me was smoothing out my shifts, but I think it can be best characterized as an entry-level mod. Adding a CAI made more difference than the VTC, and I suspect that after I get my PTB and intake isolator, it will be even less impactful. The used market for them seems to be around 125, so I would say that it is worth the $ for a mostly - stock DD.

Good Labor Day morning. Not much planned for today. Heading to Michael's for some crafting stuff & Pet Smart for stuff for Ruby. We can't decide if we want to go to The Cheesecake Factory to use a girt card we have or just come back home & grill out. Have a great holiday everyone.

Happy Labor Day gang.

Jan, i've read where the more mods you have, the less effective that controller becomes. I have no mods, so I may see more of a difference. If you don't want it, .......

We're having friends over for a cook out today.

Changed my oil today. I put a whopping 1500 miles on it in a year. Gotta drive this thing more. Oh but I did have the top down.

Ruby got a little bling today. Not sure I'll keep the under hood ones but it was fun. Ruby can have some bling & still be a bad azz girl!

Nice picture of Impala Rick .

On Saturday took the Camaro for the onstar upgrade as Canadian wireless providers are changing to 4g network. We were going to cut some more firewood but will wait till next wknd when it is cooler. So I decided to pressure wash our Chrysler boat , it looks clean now .

*sigh* Not happy, pulled a noob move by looking over at the other lane and hit the limiter hard in third. I pulled the same time but 5mph less trap speed. I had a nice run going and blew it. It got really crowded so I just went home because the kids were coming. On a bright note, my future son in law worked his butt off all weekend helping with trimming. I took six truck loads to the green waste on Sat.

Okbfd, I have had a few trips to the strip where I have made dumb mistakes & really blew it and I know how that feels. Hope the next outing goes better for both of us!

I saw the last of the clients I needed to have closure with from Nashville and sorted through the remainder of my caseload to help determine the disposition that is needed. I will go to Nashville one more day to polish up whatever needs to be done to close out those cases then I will be fully in the new position. Tomorrow I go inn UBER early to meet with the guidance counselor from one of the new schools then will come home for a little while as I will be working late then my exercise class. I will be WIPED OUT! I look forward to this transition being over.

We learn from our mistakes okbfd.

Good luck Jan.

Once again, I have been rewarded for keeping up with my workload with other people's work, starting tomorrow. At least it is temporary.
