That is a very good point.... I didn't think about that. But yea, something does seem fishy

V6 car is definitely not a Dusk edition.

You do realize that CRT SS is sitting in front of "Auto Collision Pros" .... read it in the reflection on the car. That smells like a total rebuild or something, especially for 9K. Beware about the BS of it not being in a wreck. Something smells there. Get the VIN and run a Car Fox or something just to see. Not that Car Fox is the end all be all but if there's a significant wreck, it likely will show up.

Just tossing that out there.

If this is a daily driver and you are going to put on a lot of miles the V6 is the way to go.
If you don't drive many miles save up for the V8. I drive 30,000 per year so the V6 made sense for me. The one you found looks like a solid deal.

You got a good eye!!!
There must be something very serious that they could not fix right, and want to dump the car fast. If not a dealer associated collision shop, may not show up on car fax.

Ok I'm definitely steering clear of the SS then. I do drive a ton so that'd why I think the v6 is the better option. I'll go try and find the time to take a drive down and look at this car in person and drive it.

I got a buddy who is a mechanic. I made an appointment to look at the car Friday. He works on audis and he says the. Avoid cars from the NYC area because usually something is botched on them. He said if I drive the car and all seems good, he'll go back out and look at it on Saturday with me.

Any of you guys ever hear to steer clear of cars from the NYC area.

One of the things, I like like about the Camaro, is that the V-6 if you get the 2ls/RS, is that it can look as pretty as any of the higher HP models. Also the out put of the 6 is pretty darn good.

Of course with my ego and narcissism, I required a V-8. I had a V-6 Challenger I bought for the mrs... It drove me nuts not to be a V-8 lol, even though it got tons of compliments being torr red with black rally stripes, I traded it for a Charger Hemi AWD, and explained to my wife that I was worried about her driving in snow lol. In the end it was the best choice as this is her daily driver and is unstoppable in the snow.

My only regret with my Camaro is at I wanted a manual, but the wife made it clear, that my life would be pretty miserable if I didn't get an auto. I like to eat, have clean clothes, and have a clean house.... The the auto is worth it's weight in GOLD!

Only heard that after hurrican Sandy flooded the area and many cars were under water. That should no longer be an issue.

My son paid 32K for a 14 2LT with blue leather seats, sun roof and an automatic. 18K isn't bad for a '13.

As far as Brooklyn goes, I live in Nassau Cty and have to drive thru either Brooklyn or the Bronx to get off Long Island. Those are 2 places I don't want to be for any reason. I can't say don't buy a car from there, but it can be an adventurous place. If you never drove a stick before, Brooklyn isn't the place to learn. The local drivers will eat you alive and spit you out for lunch. The trick to driving anywhere in NYC is to be more aggressive than the next guy. Polite and timid doesn't work. That's just my opinion.
