Dealership scratched my paint
Today I went in for a oil change on my 13 Camaro. Before I even got to open the door, I noticed a good 3-4in scratch right above the door handle. They tried putting the blame on me saying it was already there. I wanna know if anything can be done in case I'm not satisfied with their work. I'm here waiting at the moment while the service manager looks at it. Do I contact him again in case the repair isn't fixed? Or what other choice would I have?

Is it through the clear coat? If not it can be buffed out.

Have them fix that! If you have not left the dealer yet then remain there with a strong stance. It wasn't there before so they need to honor their mistake and fix it.
