Go to the Yahoo Finance page and type in general motors in the look up quote box at top of page. Go to the page that comes up and look at the bottom. There should be a Top Manager listed somewhere in the listing of executives along with the address of the main office.

Send him a copy of what you listed on the forum by mail.

Find out at the post office how to send the letter so that manager must sign for your letter and no one else.

No one likes a corporate complaint.

Go to your dealer and let them know you sent a letter to the Corporate General Manager of the company and are waiting for a reply. Let him see the a copy of the letter and the receipt you will get from your Certified, Delivery Conformation forms. See if his tune changes.
