Unhappy 2012 CONVERTIBLE TOP WATER LEAKS

My 2012 2SS Convt. has a "water collection bladder somewhere inside the top mechanism. That somehow broke and caused complete failure of the fuel pressure regulator (all electrical systems seem to work; cranks but will not start. Dealer replacedFuel Press Regulator under the extended warranty, but charged me for a water leak (?)!
A couple days later, another won't start failure.
Another look at the electrical system and found the entire wire loom, stem to stern was corroded from water intrusion. Also took out another fuel pressure regulator and a circuit box in the trunk area. Wire loom cost $4,000. and took the better part of four weeks to repair (wire loom had to be manufactured and then shipped to dealer) and 28 + hours labor.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or does anyone know of a recall??
