he has a ls3 so the fuel keeps his clean. Your V6 is direct injection correct? So it will need to be cleaned more often. When I did my last cam at 10500miles the valves were pretty clean. Nothing a paper towel wet with brake kleen couldnt remove.

You are correct, my bad. No more DI for me even though I do enjoy the mpg since it is my DD. Good point though.

For 30 more bucks you could get a Vitesse Throttle Controller. Best seat of the pants bang for the buck! You might even find a used one in the classifieds for less!
