i think its very possible, i picked up my 10' 2ss brand new in march of 11 for 29,999. they had 4 10's left and were making room for the 11's. i never buy anything the first year anymore. Just like my 2012 F250 pstroke. sticker was 64k, payed 47k for her in feb or 13. being patient pays off!

I think it would depend on the dealership, so maybe. The one I bought my car from only keeps a couple of SS's at one time. With the 6th Gen SS having a higher retail, someone goes in a dealership and wants a 6th Gen, but may not be able to afford it. They can work a deal on a 6 cylinder model, but this person wants the SS. So the 5th Gen SS sits there with the bigger rebates, etc.

With the 6th Gen being all new, some will like it and some will not. Hope things work out for you.

And another word of advice, do your RESEARCH! I drove to Tempe, AZ to purchase the camaro. 12 hours one way. But i live in the one of the highest price gouging places in the U.S. I never buy local, i will search the internets up and down looking for the best deal. Even if I had to get it shipped, I would have saved over 10k buying local. Same with my truck, drove 5 hours to Austin one way to buy there, due to the stealerships here not moving an inch from sticker, that is if its not already marked up!

Thank you and your choice of options . The Recaro's are awesome, the best seats that I have ever had for looks and comfort!

well I'd get ready in case they have the end of year 20% off like last year. that was a solid deal and hard to beat.

I know. I missed it by a month and half. Love my car..., but I would have gladly waited a month.
