With several people having received their Camaros local to Wichita.... is anyone looking forward to another meet in the future?

Not so much right away but maybe end of September or sometime in mid October? or... farther down the road?

I'll be entering several Car shows In September, most current is Sept 5th Annual Siena Plaza Car Show.

When I have my car I would love to get together again, and maybe even enter a car show with you guys! My build week is September 14th, and the car should land at the dealer's about 10 days after it's built. The sooner the better!

Overland Park here
not new to the site...just desided to trade in my TBSS for a camaroSS 1SS RS
and thought I'd introduce myself to the locals.
had the windows done 20%..see how that goes over with the police

I'm in Olathe. Ordered Dk. blue 2SS RS from Superior Chevrolet. It should arrive in late October.

lets do one closer to kc this time around..possibly olathe something kinda in the middle for us city people...Would like to make it later in the month or close to the start of Oct. to give some of these newbies a chance to get their cars..what do u guys think ?

Agreed. Sometime in October...really any date works. Preferably after typical working hours.

Nice to see a lot of locals. I'm from Independence MO, but work in KC on the Kansas side. Sadly wont be receiving mine till Feb. Congrats to you, who have yours, waiting is killing me already

I'm up for anything once my Camaro arrives. But, what type of midway point are we looking for? If you compare Camaro population between KCMO and Wichita - I would say Emporia is a good spot. I bet the local Dealership there would love to put on a show for the Camaro.

'acehole' you gonna coordinate this or you want some help? The more Camaros the more fun for all. I'll link up with the local University ties I have down there and see if they will let us use their parking lot for staging. Let me know...? Also, if you want some publicity, I can make some calls...?

We could shoot for the 2nd week of Oct..Im on call 24/7 so ill have to go with the flow here..Also im kinda looking for people willing to come to kc (meaning Olathe,Overland Park, Metcalf, ect. ect.) Not willing to drive to Emporia or witchta...Just looking people who are in range or willing to come around here...Great places to meet up in Olathe or around metcalf..so if your willing will set it up for sometime in Oct. when we can get the majority wanting to come to come...Where u at JaYhawk ? havent heard your 2 cents yet..

Now that i remember, I have a wedding to go to on the 10th in lancaster/atchison ks in the evening. If there is a way for me to be there (wherever 'there' is) then I'll be there. However, i won't miss this wedding. Whatever works for you all. If the wichita peeps meet again I would meet somewhere in the middle or go down to wichita (maybe). However, i still want to meet in kansas city some time.
