Thank you!! The red demon eye on a white Camaro just looks so bad ass.

To be totally honest, I'm not quite sure. I know he had to dremel the headlight to get the lens out and he did his work like that ... Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Night Owl offer a demon eye kit where you can put something in the back of the projector bulb and it would change colors?

Adding this in the thread incase anyone was on the hunt for a short throw shifter.... here's my write up the SLP short throw that I installed

SLP Performance Parts Short Throw Shifter Assembly

About two weekends ago, I spent 3 days and 2 nights under my car installing new mods on my car, including the SLP Short Throw Shifter Assembly. The shifter has made a noticeable difference! Install took about 4-5 hours (Not constantly working) for my boyfriend and I without a lift. If you have access to a lift, take advantage of it because it will make the install a million times easier, but it is possible with jack stands. SLP offers two different ways of purchasing their short throw. You can either buy the full assembly, which comes with the short throw shifter (10% reduction) and a bad ass classic white ball shift knob or you can buy just the short throw shifter alone (20% reduction) and use a different shift knob or stock shift knob.

The awesome thing about the full SLP short throw assembly with the white ball shift knob is that the stainless steel shifter comes with "SLP" engraved on both sides, which in my opinion gives it such a classy and custom touch to the interior of the car. SLP also makes sure the install is worry free. The short throw assembly comes with new K-Prene bushings for the install as well as all of the necessary hardware you need. You can also use the factory shift boot with the SLP shifter.

SLP Short Throw Assembly (20% reduction)

SLP Short Throw Assembly w/ White Ball Shift Knob (10% reduction)

The overall feel of the shifter is so much better than stock. The 10% throw reduction in my opinion is great. I wasn't looking for much of a huge reduction since my LS3 is also my daily driver. It's not too short but definitely a noticeable difference over stock. When shifting into gears, especially into third and fourth, it's super solid and definitely gives you a comfortable feel. I've been driving around with this shifter the last two weeks. This is definitely a modification that I'm more than happy with. I highly recommend SLP's products to any Camaro owner because it's an awesome product for a great price.

The Finished Product!

I've thought about it! If I were to get them, it would be the 2.0 afterburners. I'm most likely going to get them down the road in the future, I love the custom look it gives to the rear end of the car.

I have a question for other Summit White owners. Does your paint have tiny speckles of brown in it? I have it in mine (you have to look close to see it) and the dealership is trying to tell me that it's supposed to be like that, kind of like a paint flake. They have another one that is the same way. It just doesn't look right to me when i look at it up close. I'm going to a couple of other dealerships tomorrow and looking at the summit white ones on the lot. Just wanted to check with other owners before I go down and make myself look like an a$$ tomorrow. I just bought the car around 2 months ago. Thanks in advance.

So is that normal for one to come new like that then? Should I make them fix it or just bite the bullet and fix myself. Thank you for the response, i didn't think it was supposed to be that way.

Never had a car that I wanted to take care of like this, so a lot of this is new to me.
