Aftermarket Cylinder Heads Options ideas
I'm currently running ported stock heads by Lethal racing and is wondering what Heads are you guys running for those who have upgraded theirs and what gains did you get from them and how are you guys liking them.
Or which aftermarket heads out there do you guys think will be good for 550rwhp+ setup? Just trying to research as much as I could for my current NA setup.

Just wondering what the increase would be because my intake and heads are still stock and I dyno at 488-500rwhp been on different dyno but at 488-493 was at Lethal Racing. 10-15rwhp per part would be awesome at this point.

If possible romove your heads and send to tea, wcch,or reher Morrison for their porting ,valve job n blending.
Also for stock cubes I wouldn't blow out the intake ports they are sefficent just need alittle touch up |

I see a 418 forged engine with Mast or PRC heads in your future if you want big numbers NA.

full aftermarket casting Heads and a custom cam might net you more than just 10-15 more hp, and more importantly, you may be able to bump up your torque output. There are plenty of guys here running full aftermarket castings, a mildly aggressive cam, and some even a FAST intake and 102mm TB and they are getting anywhere from 515-530rwhp, as well as 465 or better rwtq.
An all-out setup would be 65-66cc chambered PRC260 heads(if 93 octane or better), FAST intake and NW 102 TB, 1-7/8 headers to a 3" exhaust. It'll net well over 500rwhp, but your bottom end tq will likely suffer, although peak tq should be over 450lb/ft.

Our hand ported Factory LS3 heads normally gain 18-20 rwhp putting the NF cam around 510rwhp. You could always go with TSP or Mast heads for larger gains. On a NA setup you will hit a brick wall with the LS3 intake.

Shawn, are you saying that the ported heads and the NF cam with no other mods nets the 510 rwhp?

Just call erl and have them build you a 427 or 454 and sell your stock motor. If your goal is 550 rwhp plus you will need cubes.
