Seems like quite an event, so we had plans up there anyway, now some of us are going to come to the show and then afterward hit the Hooters on Kirkwood hwy for our annual meetup..........probably around 4:30

Well, you definitely got quite a turnout with over 650 registered vehicles. beautiful day as well. BUT...... I'm going to be brutally honest however, the only reason I would ever bring my car back up there is to try and group enough of us together to knock the Corvette club out of the participation award. Outside of that.....I may come, but only to spectate. Pardon me if I am a little off but, one car newer than 1971 to win in any category just doesn't sit right. I know the sponsor picks, no one can control, but..... The import class was the only one I heard that was a modern car. Anyway, sorry to preach....I will get off my soapbox now..... we have a few shows like that around here that are open to all makes models and years and its frustrating to attend them when nothing newer wins.
