Cool picture. I was surfing the google wave for the color of my new car *march 2009* and I found this site. Great pic. Not the color I expected but either way I bought the car for the 422 horsepower. I wanted the aqua blue metallic, but it doesn't come in the ss package.Neither of the blues, do. oh yeah. you can add the r/s package to the 2nd level V6 for some more $. great site.

^^ sometime after thanksgiving, you should be able to order blue on the SS. if you wanna see Red Jewel Tintcoat on a car, go check out the new Impalas. they have that same color & it's awesome!

Does anyone have red jewel tintcoat with black stripes? How does it look? Are the stripes done in the factory or at the dealer? Should I try to change the color of the stripes? What other colors work best with RJT? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

I thought so too, until I saw a car hauler go by work today (3 hrs west of the Oshawa plant, oh and I see tons of haulers going by with the new Camaros on them daily) and I saw 3 Camaros with stripes already on them, 2 white with IOM stripes and a black one with silver stripes. First time I've seen the new Camaros w/stripes already on them! What gives?

Maybe the truck wasn't coming from a plant it was coming from a dealer or something like that

I JUST PURCHASED MY 2011 RS AND I ASSUME ITS CALLED RED JEWEL TINTCOAT...EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN IT LOVES THE COLOR...I CHOSE THE CAMARO OVER THE CHALLENGER, FOR THE REASON OF.... THE CHRYSLER DEALER WANTED TO GIVE ME 3,000 LESS FOR MY CROSSFIRE THAN THE DEALER OF THE CAMARO.... I'M GLAD I CHOSE THE CAMARO, I LOVE IT....

I love that red jewel tint coat, I have a 2010 2LT RS in red jewel tint coat with black ralley stripes I would not put anything else on the car.

well put these in the wrong spot sorry crystal red tint coat folks....was out messing with the camera the other day and took these..is it just me crystal red and red jewl look the same
