I was just asking because mine did get a little better after I got the Vmax ported throttle body... Still there just not as bad. I'm wondering if a ported manifold and the additional timing will do the trick.

Just decided I'm going to send my intake out to get ported. Hopefully I'll get it off this weekend and shipped out on Monday. Then when the car comes out of storage I'll get a tune from Will.

Well I think I will give Will a try. I should have my Vmax TB and jacfab ported intake and Extendolater by the end of next week so I'll be good to go

All right I've been emailing will at overkill back-and-forth and I'm pretty convinced that it is the way I want to go. Part of the reason is that he does datalogging on top of the cann tune to get everything just right. Also the little handheld device means no need for a laptop which is just an added benefit. Also there is unlimited support down the road at no additional cost

The spacer shifts the RPM band down a little so that you get more low and mid range torque, but the top end has a chance of taking a little bit of a hit. The ported intake manifold adds power across the entire RPM range. I think it was tested to add 15 whp and 15 wtq on a stock car, which is equivalent to an intake on a stock car. The spacer makes the car run a little rich and the manifold makes the car run a little lean, so they kind of balance each other out in a sense.
