I'm lost here so if that hood will fit any 5th GEN? Can I take a 2014 hood and put it on my 2013 Car?

I believe, but cannot prove, the only 2014/15 hood that works on earlier 5th gens with no hood line matching is the V6 hood. I believe it's the same exact hood lines as the non-ZL1 2013 and back. I measured a V6 hood vs. a 2013 SS sitting next to it at the dealership with my phone app ruler. So it seemed to measure up, but it was just a quick check, so not official.
