Although I'm not crazy about the way they look, I'm getting the splash guards put on next week. We constantly have road construction going on in this city so road tar is a huge problem for me.

I read more of the thread on removal of the crome inserts.....seems indepth and not crazy about the "gap" he talkes about after they are removed..he had a fix but just not sure

thanks - Its funny - I have had more compliments about the car since I did the calipers. I have a few cosmitic touches here and there I am still lining up and thinking about so stay tuned.

I hate road tar as well and you are probably doing the right thing with getting splash guards. I am thinking about that clear plastic stick on stuff but again I havn't had that big a problem with tar and I clean her all the time.

Back to my subwoofer project tonight Built the boxes last night (I need to start taking pics so I can do a start to finish thread on that project)
