I don't really want to slam the dealer because it's GM that's giving the dealer a hard time, I just found out. It is in Southern California

That's what the dealer telling me the alignment is way off once I get the pictures loaded up you can see. Too old to be playing these games with dealers

You can be a little more precise on 'Southern California' - that covers a very large territory.

Noticed the OP has one post. No wonder the burnt rubber smells kinda fishy lol
A guy I work with has a civic that had a bad rear alignment. ...his tires each wore on one side. ...thats why pics of the tires may help solve this mystery.

Something is not adding up here. Those tires look wore down to the nub to me. Someone either slipped you a rear set of worn out rubber when you bought it or the whole story is not being told. Anything that far out of alignment to chew tires up that fast would have some severe handling issues from day one. My money is on hard and frequent burnouts.

I hope you are not driving the car around like that. That tire looks like it's ready to burst.

If this is legit. The only question I have is why did you keep driving it around with the alignment way off like that? Anything to chew up a tire that bad had to be very noticeable when driving it.

You didn't notice anything while driving it?

No driving.. but my own opinion is something is loose in the rear end the car is a highway driven car 70 to 80 miles an hour and the tires went that bad fast the car was purchased brand new. Plus it was towed in.
