I ran across this thread, and wondered when I should start considering being an official 'old fart'? It's probably a done deal already, though: I got my Camaro and AARP card in the same year. Yeah. Honestly! LOL!

at the cottage this wknd we changed two out of three ceiling fans , took one out of the kitchen and replaced it with an led light . as I am installing it my wife and I look at each other and say How are we going to turn it off , the fan was remote ! So up in the attic I go and run a new wire and install a wall switch for it . also made it work from a dimmer switch as it is quite bright now . that was my wifes complaint that the fan was not bright enough .. no issue with that now ! |

Welcome AZ! I live in Peoria.
Busy weekend. Went to the Pavilions Cruise Saturday and washed cars and cleaned floors in the house. Sounds like we were all busy during the holiday. I attached photos of the front of the house. Haven't shot the side yard and back yard.

Nice lights. Love the cactus.
Good morning. Still raining. Today it is suppose to be more off & on but still a good bit of rain expected. There is a significant power outage in Nashville due to a tree falling from waterlogged roots. Back to the grind. I need to see as many kids as I can to see if I can earn a bonus and to make up for the few I will be able to see in December with school out for 2weeks. HAGD crew.

Ruby - I'm sort of originally from Middle TN myself. I spent most of my growing up/teen years in Clarksville TN while my dad was stationed at Ft Campbell, KY. My mom and brother still live in Clarksville, and I visit there quite often.
