Dog Missing off Stolen Pursuit

Tuesday afternoon Cory Fielder was at the Stripes gas station on North Frazier and Wilson Road. A few minutes later when he looked up his Camaro was gone. Not just his Camaro but his Pit Bull Budro that was in the backseat.. A short time after the theft was reported Conroe Police spotted the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. After a short time the driver of the stolen car identified as Timothy Allen Hodges of 2237 North Loop 336 in Conroe, crashed into three other vehicles at North Loop 336 and Longmire. He was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries and subsequently arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. He is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle), evading arrest in a motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. His bonds total $235,000. This is not Hodges first brush with the law. On November 27, 2015 he was arrested for failure to identify. On March 8, 2015 he was arrested for interfering with an emergency call and aggravated assault and was given 300 days in the Montgomery County Jail from the 359th District Court after the charge was reduced to a Class A Misdemeanor. On February 9, 2015 he was arrested for two bond forfeitures. On January 24, 2015 he was arrested for burglary of a motor vehicle and on June 15, 2015 was sentenced to 180 days in County Court 5. On January 27, 2015 was arrested for making a terroristic threat and was sentenced to State Jail for 6 months July 14, 2015 in the 359th District Court. On December 31, 2014 he was arrested by Willis Police for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. For that he was given 6 months in State Jail on July 14, 2015 while in the 359th District Court on his other charges.

Budro has been part of the Fielder family for over 8 years. He believes he was dumped out or ran from the crash scene. Budro shy’s from males but will come to a female if called. If you find Budro, Fielder is offering a $200 reward.

If my dog was never found, I would hope this son of a bitch dies and would have no trouble helping him reach that goal!

Really hope they find the dog. Right there with you on how I'd feel about mine going missing because of something like this.

This is a case where I would not care about the car for the simple fact that my dog was missing. My dog is my only "child". I would freak the **** out and anything else I would say right now would probably be illegal.

Easy enough. Ask around the bad area of town for baddest ass guy in that jail. Then go to visiting day ask (gently) around for someone with same recommended name, same info. etc. Even if it's just the badass guy's enforcer. Next week, make appt. to see whichever one of the big guys seems approachable. Explain you need a favor, a very small one for which you're willing to place $500 on his commissary acct. Explain the whole don't care about the car thing but you gotta try to get your poor dog he's like a family member etc. etc.

Tell him you just want info on where to find the dog so he does not need to get physical with the guy (unless he feels like it) and you have no problem with that.

Come back in 1 to 2 weeks (whichever he prefers). For god's sake have the $500 with you. Give him half. Go find dog or whatever is left for you to find. Return ASAP with guy's money. Place 2nd half in commissary. If bad news, about dog, visit again next week and see about how many fingers you can have broken for your remaining money. Work out a deal.

Don't drive your own car or use your real name. There you go, doggy saved or avenged either way. Hope the guy finds dog safe & sound.
