I got the half day off so I'm in. Just to confirm, all participents are meeting at Menlo Park Mall in Edison at the Macy's parking lot at 1pm this Thursday the 17th?

The weather might become an issue with this Thursday. when it was scheduled the weather was clear and now 80% chance of heavy rain. I will update as early Tuesday as possible. The school said if we have to change it will have to be Monday or Tuesday.

Sorry to announce but we are going to reschedule the event for this Monday. Everything will remain the same as planned except the day.
I spoke with the teacher and the student would not be allowed outside in the rain.
Thank you all for understanding and I know you all put a lot of effort into scheduled time off with work and personal time it is very much appreciated.
