The chatter is as everyone said, a relay not getting enough voltage. So you have a weak battery
a loose ground
or the fusible link is partially burned through.
I didn't move them around randomly lol I'm not handicapped when it comes to cars I did my own header install. I made sure it was the same part number and position. Anyways if it happens again I'll take it to the dealer and update the thread

Since your not handicapped when it comes to cars, and you did your own headers with only a slight spark issue, give it a go. Use your free cellphone or search this forum. Hope you get your car sorted out.

starters are easy it is of course better to do it when the exhaust has cooled...... of course the first thing is disconnect the battery, then take out the support bolts and the solenoids bolts the wires are connected too , (committing to remembering to put them on in the same location on the new starter), then simply tighten things up on the new solenoid and the support bolts of the new starter.

Is the relay that is buzzing or chattering part of the starting circuit?

Idk but the car hasn't not turned on since and no buzzing. Just get a click before cranking the car. About every couple times I try so not every time I start the car.

And lol yea the only problem with header Install was I forgot to put the ground back on...checked that btw

sounds like there is a dead spot on the starter motor ,the click is the sound of the starters solenoid coming out to mate with the flexplate but the starter motor won't turn because the copper brushes inside are no good ,or there is not enough battery power to even turn the starter motor on

after reading post#64 that pretty much confirms the dead spot on the starter ,sounds like you got full power and its the burnt/worn brushes in side the starter not letting the current flow [dead spot]. you can tap it with a hammer to free up the dead spot temporarily

Ok if there is a DIY with pictures or a video I could probably try replacing it myself. Does the Camaro have to be really high to get it out? My stands don't go super high barely was able to get my driver side header out couldn't maneuver it cause of the steering column but if my jack would've went higher I could've got it out easily

for the part of the car your going to be working on any LS motor guide/video will help you understand how to change the starter [many on youtube] . the starter install/change hardly differs from 4.8,5.3,5.7,6.0,6.2,7.0 LS motors

I have not done a starter change yet on my SS but from looking at pics might need the passenger side header to come off
