5 year 100k miles, whichever comes first regardless of the model year of the vehicle. From his signature its a 2010. Depending on when the the car was originally purchased it could be out of warranty based on time. If it was purchased in Aug of 2009 as a 10 model year the warranty is good until Aug 2014. If a 2010 was purchased on Aug 2011 it would make the warranty good until Aug 2016.
