I now run this LIqui Moly 5w-40. Seen a blackstone lab test on a VW forum where it had 1200+ PPM of zinc even after 7000 km of use. I like how it keeps the acid in oil level at bay better than most other oils I used except Driven LS30 which also did a great job at that. 2 5 liter bottles for $75.

I change my oil every October which is the month I purchased the car , I only put about 1000 miles a year on it so I just keep it simple and do it every October

Pennzoil 5w-30 Synthetic Blend (as recommended) every 5,000 miles along with a fresh Tough Gard filter. Just about due for change #5 in another couple of weeks. No issues.

I drive all highway, no short trips. So I run a full synthetic (Usually Mobil 1 extended performance) and change around 7,500.

I do 12,000 miles or 8 months just because I have plenty oil to swap. Use Signature series 5w30
Motor has 78900 miles on the clock. |

I run Amsoil dominator oil with their extended mileage filter and I change it at 3k-5k miles. 60k miles on my car and 10k since I put the nightfury cam in.

Mobil 1 5w-30 every 5k. I have a Trailblazer with 312,000 using this schedule, no engine issues with it, still runs strong.

I changed the oil when getting the car initially at 700 miles, and will be doing 5k intervals in the future.
