Did we ever decide on when we wanted to meet up next?

Or should we do another chat tomorrow night or something?

Dates to consider:

October 17th or October 24th.

For the ride, my suggestion is to meet at Washington Court House in the morning then head to Rockbridge, where the tour begins. All routes (Cinci, Dayton and Georgetown) go through Washington CH. The Columbus folks would have to just meet us at Rockbridge as its WAY out of their way to go to Washington CH. We can really open this up statewide if we want...

Think about the September meet dates, times and places. We need to schedule another meeting to discuss this. Somewhere we can sit down. I think Sunday went well so maybe we can pick a place and meet up like September 20th or 27th. I was thinking maybe meet at Union Center Blvd (two exits south of Tylersville) where the Rave theater is. Maybe meet at Paneras meeting room or at Red Robin. Something to think about. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS RIDE!!

If I were to suggest something, I'd say Sunday, September 27th, 6:00 pm at some restaurant at Union Center exit off I75 in West Chester Ohio.

Thoughts?
Hi Jason, let us know when and where and Darin and I will be there. Looking forward to meeting you and everyone else!

I wouldn't have murdered you, Fen :-) But RS_Man may have as he hasn't gotten to take it over 60 mph yet!!

Supposed to be nice tomorrow so I think Merlin and I will head over to KMart after work. Anyone else going to come out also?

Thanks for the pics from the VOA Park get together.

Next get together
  • Sept 19,20,26 or 27 works for me
  • If we pick a location in between Cincy & Columbus, will any Columbus people come?
  • Possible places to meet:
Hocking Hills Ride
  • I think jrhaus76 should be in charge of this.
  • October 17th or 24th suggested dates work for me
  • Meeting at Wash CH looks about as good as anything. Perhaps we can line up at the Chevy dealer just off the hwy 35 exit for State Route 41. Then I assume we could caravan across US22 to Circleville and on to Lancaster.

Map to roughly see where the people from last Sunday are from

I can't chat this weekend. I am leaving tomorrow morning and wont be back till Monday.

OK so I have a GREAT story... Sorry not Camaro related.

So i have a dauchand (weiner dog) and he has to pee everynight about 3 am. (super annoying) anyhow, about a week ago I get up to let him out and I notice a HUGE black fuzzy cat in the front yard, it runs off.. whatever.

FF to last night, I hear this really bizzare noise, sounds like honking. Now I live in the sticks, about 20 foot from thick woods so animals are very common and sounds don't really phase me, but this was weird. So the dog gets up to see (not pee)... the sound stops. The dog goes back to bed, the sound starts again... WTF, now I have to see. So I get up and look out the bay window and see that HUGE black cat again... OK so I am now thinking, thats no cat, but what is it?

I do some searching, yea a FREAKIN BEAR! A black bear was caught on camera about 3 miles from our house about three weeks ago. So I look up the sound a "black bear cub call". Same exact sound. Click the link below and play the bottom sound clip. That is what I was woken up by and I didn't see a HUGE black cat twice, I saw a black bear, in my front yard, not once but twice! In my sig pic, the bear would have been sitting right in front of the IROC, that close to the house!

Crazy huh!?

As far as the next meet goes, I am still game for the 19th or 20th or 27th... We can figure it out next week.

For the Hocking Ride, lets shoot for the 17th, we can use the 24th as a fall back if the weather sucks. Sound good to everyone?

71 and 68 works good for me. Not sure about yellow springs. I can zip right up 68 to get the Max and Ermas.

Meeting at the Chevy dealer is a GREAT idea! I am sure they would like it too! Thats the place we will meet, what is the name of the dealer?

I already have the ride planned so I will bring everyone up to speed at the next meeting.

That is too funny.... Momma was not far away most likely.

I will be out of town in Sept from the 22nd thru the 26th. Looks like the wife will be home between the 15th and 20th. Hope to bring her with on the next trip.

Anyone going to KMart tomorrow eve?

Got word today... looks like I will get the Air Intake kit will be in early. Maybe beginning of Oct. Diamond Resin goes on around the 19th depending on our next greet.

Oct I am out of town on business in Ft Walton on 7 & 8 Oct and then a undisclosed location from the 30 Oct through the 9 Nov.

our baby will most likely be hibernating around that time depending on the weather.
