Quest for RS style Halos..

I am on a mission to make lights that rival the RS for my non RS car..Heres what I have so far.. More updates to come after I finish testing different methods to find the best results. Also i will be using RGB leds..Here is what I have so far..

It looks like an actual prototype he came up with.

If it is a prototype then I'm fairly certain how he did it. You can see the striations on the halo, willing to bet he used one of SJM Autoprod's ABL pipes.

This is not a prototype..I used an acrylic rod and bent it into shape..I then made the little cuts myself using a rotory tool but they did not come out properly..I want to make sure i get everything working properly before I post details..

Just went to home depot and bought what they had. You can buy any acrylic rod depending on how thick you want the ring. At first i bought them just to test how to mount the leds and what thickness i would initially want. Im also testing different ways to get the most output out of the halos.
