Many more specifics needed. Go to KBB.com (Kelley Blue Book) and enter all of the relevant information. This will give you a good idea of what the market value is for your area (yes, it varies some depending on where you live). For example, a "fully loaded" (sunroof, navigation, RS Package, etc.) '13 2SS coupe in Very Good condition would retail (that being the Private Seller price) for approximately $28,500. That would make $25,900 a pretty good deal. Check it out on KBB.

Check Truecar, KBB, and Nada to get an idea of its value. And definitely get a CarFax report! Even if they don't always report 100% of damage, it's better to be safe than sorry, like this guy: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=435583

Thanks guys, I gave those sites a look and it looks like a good price! I have an 2011 v6 and pondering the idea of the upgrade. How low is too low for the initial offer?

Don't forget a CarFax and AutoCheck. Also be sure to take it to an independant mechanic that you trust. Price sounds very reasonable though
