Those windows appear to be visual "stop" indicators so a cylinder in not over extended????? just my guess??????????????????

just check the frame area below where you found it with a magnet....chances are if they were dumb enough to leave a part that got wedged, they just filled and painted the "fixed are to appear straight. Are your tires wearing oddly or quickly?

everything looks good, i just tore the front apart to put in some lowering springs today. tires wear normal, i just replaced them 2 weeks ago and they had well over 30,000 miles on them with no signs of odd wear.
