Good game last night Go Utes! When are you expected to get your car JJB? I will forsure let you know Lightning when I get my Vin lol.. These next few weeks are really going to seem long waiting. When ever I wake up at night the first thing on my thoughts is my car. I wonder what my first reaction to seeing it will be, my first drive in it. I am getting the clear bra and window's tinted so bummer is I will get to see it but won't be able to take it home for a few days I bet. Anyway it is getting closer and its a wonderful feeling. Have a terrific Labor Day weekend.

Don't forget ya'll. Cars and Coffee tomorrow morning at "Espress yourself Coffee" in South Jordan. Right off I-15 and 106th south. 8:30-10:00am.

New to Camaro5. Totally psyched about these meet-ups. SSOOCH, it is awesome that you started this thread. Totally dig your vanity plates.

Since this photo was taken, "The Beast" has since had painted ground effects and a Corsa Cat-Back installed. Best impulse buy ever!

Ummm, I forgot who your dealer is? Actually, better question... who is the off-site place? The reason I ask is that I had my window tinting done by the same place that my dealer uses, but it saved me about $100 on the tint to go straight to tinting place instead of thru the dealer.

I sorta went to cars and coffee today. It was raining and being the big wuss I am, I didn't want to take my Camaro out after I had spent four hours detailing it Friday night. So I took the HHR SS over to Espress Yourself Coffee. There was maybe 25 cars there. Alot of cars with huge "Hot Wheel" handles on the back...aka Import Tuners. I like all cars but these guys/gals just didn't do it for me. I might go next Saturday just to show them a real car but I doubt it'll be a regular appearance for me. I like the JC Hacket Cruise nights more. I guess I'm getting old

Anyway ... As I scanned through your posts I noticed that so many of you had ordered your 2010 Camaro's through Gus Paulos... just like me!!! I made my first call, about ordering my car, the day after I saw the first Transformer's movie ... then drove the dealership nuts until they called me on October 15, 2008 to make my order official! I think they told me I had the #5 spot on their list when I ordered

Anyway, picked mine up June 1, 2009 and I've been in love ever since

I teach middle school down here in Southern Utah and one of my students' parents just bought a 2010 Camaro and he made the comment that we should look into getting some bad-a, Camaro owning, Southern Utahns like ourselves together

Do you guys know anyone down here that would be interested? Cause I think this is awesome!!

PS --- Utes totally rule!

SSOOCH, you are not alone. I too was going to go to cars and coffee. In fact, I was all psyched about it. I spent 2 hours the night before detailing (I'm totally counting it as cardio). Putting up with my kids coming into the garage every 10 minutes.... "Mom, how much longer? Mom, seriously? Mom, you already did that part." Then Saturday morning and the *&^%# rain! .... "Mom, I thought you were going... Mom, how come...?" At that point, I wondered how far I could get in their go-cart... Or maybe I could still go and be the geek that brought pictures of the car...

We will get some Camaros at cars and coffee, we will...

Welcome to forum and grats. I still have a wait for a few more weeks before getting mine. My new camaro friend Sheslc4 let me have a ride in her awesome car the other day. It was the first time driving in one and I was so impressed with the quality and comfort. Now I am really going crazy just waiting I must have checked the ViZ post three times yesterday to see any updates on work orders. Three or four more weeks is going to seem like forever. Hope your all having a wonderful weekend and getting some good long drives in.

Looks like there are few events this next week, but definitely the 10th. I went to this one without the Camaro earlier this year and its a fairly big show. Alot of nice cars.
