Not a fan of the CAI, but that is me. I like the position of the filters without the cai.

The install is a lot easier w/out the Cold Air system that is for sure! Once I got it plumbed up correctly I did like it a lot but the non-Cold Air works fine as well.

Cai just gives you noise. To me noise isn't worth $500+.

All I can say is if the way my car sounds in the video is because of the Cold Air intake it was worth every single penny. My car attracts a ton of attention when I drive up to a car meet. It is clearly turbocharged and that is part of what I paid for...the driving experience is a mix of many things to me just like a great meal is the mix of more than taste but the smell and presentation.

Just my .02

Agreed, for some people $600 for cool sound is worth it. I'm a 100% performance/reliability person. Looks and sound are totally secondary to me. I rather spend $600 on tires, fuel system, meth, etc. If you have $600 extra laying around, and want cool noises, do it. For me, it would never happen.

Yes, your opinion on that is very strong as is mine.

Good thing AGP caters to multiple POVs on Performance.

When I first bought the kit it was with the intentions of having the CAI, for whatever reason I never got it on the car, now the only reason I have considered getting the CAI is so I can run my car through a car wash for an under body wash. Where I live most of the car wash places do an under body wash. I personally like to run my car through a car wash, not always do I like to wash it myself, so for that reason I have recently considered getting it. My IAT's are perfect without it.

The install isn't that bad. If you decide to do it, let me know and I'll send you pictures of mine. I feel like I did the minimum cuts to the wheel-well plastic to optimize coverage from road debris. (my main concern)

I'm going to guess you'll be out of fuel around 820whp.
