I actually read some of your threads and saw your #'s.. One of the reasons I like the Whipple is because it's a PD that you can actually make big power with. My only real issue with it is that I have a 2014, and I can't fit it under the stock hood without swapping the insert to either 1) something I don't personally like the look of, or 2) something that has no drip tray (this is a daily driver for me, and I'm not stoked about it sitting outside work on rainy days with buckets of water dumping all over my engine).

If I had a 2010-2013, though, it would be hard not to go with the Whipple and just work around the 1/year VIR track day.

Centri cars are the only cars we see that can even come close to hanging with our turbo cars in endurance racing. So Novi seems to be the better match for what you want.
I will say of the PD blowers that fit under the Camaro hood, the Whipple is the way to go.
I've been PM'ing Moreair and Pincushin, and after talking with my tuner I'm probably leaning towards the AGP kit now.

Basically, the only PD option that doesn't require a hood change is the Heartbeat, and that's the most expensive PD option out there and doesn't have a lot of head room if I get numb to the power after a year or two.

My tuner's only request is that I put int he $$ for the BB Garrets, as he feels those will give me better reliability than the base turbos for my use case.

Anyway, hopefully I'll be calling you guys before too long. The added cost means added wait time, so we'll see if the mid-year bonus and tax refund can bridge the gap.

Don't rely on recommendations from a forum, everyone will recommend what they have or what they like not not necessarily what best fits your desires.

We have a Whipple on a truck with over 180,000 miles on the blower.

Only having replaced the belt 2 times.

I am happy to discuss all of your options if you give me a call.

Ted.
I totally agree with this, but sometimes it's easier said than done.

That said, I've driven a PD C6, and (when I was single and without dependents) owned a Centri C6 so I have the general jist of it. The main thing my tuner told me to consider was that the Camaro was a lot heavier than the Corvette, so there would be a bit more concession in the lower end with the centri than I had with the 'Vette.

I'm probably leaning towards the AGP kit as it stands though.. I've never owned a TT, and it's a bit more on par price-wise with the other SC options on the Camaro vs what it was with the 'Vette 8-9 years ago. The prospect is rather exciting to me, really..

We'll see what happens! I'll definitely post what I go with and the results!

Big T if you haven't already call agp and talk to kevin, he can recommend the perfect set up by how you are going use the car, and the nice thing is he has always taken time with me even after my install to answer questions or inquiries I may have had or will have, and if you have any questions just pm me, good luck
