You can get the AGP cheaper than the Hellion, and it's gonna be a lot easier to install. Your underhood temps will be higher with the top-mount kit. You'd need to have everything on the hot side ceramic coated.
Taco time is correct, the AGP kit is awesome. I installed it at my house, by myself on jackstands. I've put many miles on my system since installed, absolutely happy with my system, understood temps no issues at all, and I think by being low mounted even the charge pipe gets cooled from the Air traveling under the car. AGP can set you up with whatever pipe mounting you need, I had Kooks long tube Hedders and full 3 inch Kooks exhaust on my car they set me up with 6" longer pipes so I could get the pipe from the Turbo to bolt together with the Kooks system. The best time I've ever gotten at the dragstrip was 11.20, but there was a problem with my tune, I was completely zeroed out on timing by the time I hit third gear, But Kevin@AGP helped me out with some tuning tips and I know my car would run mid to low 10's if could have made it back to the track, but about a month ago I broke it, I had a boost controller solenoid stick on me and over boosted the motor to 22.5 psi according to my HP Tuners log, I think I've bent some connecting rods I'll be finding out soon, if my crank is still good, I'll be getting new Forged Pistons and Rods, if the crank has failed I'll be going full Stroker Kit.

But you cant go wrong with either choice. Procharger, agp or hellion all make great products that can get you into the 9s. It just comes down to personal preference

For those with tall valve covers, there could be clearance issues with the Hellion system. Special coatings can be applied to the bottom of carbon fiber hoods to protect them from increased temps.

Not saying it didn't happen but My question is how would/did it malfunction, I though they had a safety feature in the controller to prevent this from happening, just curious of the reason it malfunctioned since I run the gfb g force 2 boost controller

it does have an overboost feature that cuts the signal to the solenoid so in theory it goes back to wastegate spring boost level. but if that solenoid sticks shut that wastegate is never going to see pressure on it to open and keeps building boost

pretty sure all ebc just use generic solenoids dont think they are made in house or brand specific but its unfortunate for a failure like that

So really there isn't much you can do in that case to prevent it, it's just really bad luck to have that happen to you
