I had mine in the center console with velcro but it fell off and quite being sticky due to the heat from florida so now it just lays in there.

Dash mounted mine, doesn't get in the way and can find it without looking.

Mounted mine below the lock button, blends in nicely IMO...

I mounted mine in the left side of the glove box. Don't mess with it much, but can still reach it if I need to. Didn't want to be drilling holes where you could see them and didn't want it to be any where I could hit it with my knees.

Mine is under the seat on a aluminum bar I installed on the underside of the seat. I have 2, 1 does the level on the Audio Control LCQ, the other is the Boston amp. I can reach them easily and you cannot see them unless you search for them. They feel different, and both increase in the same direction so it is super convenient.

I mounted mine inside the left dash underneath the a/c vent and flush with the button for the fog lights. Looks like it was done at the factory.
