The 2010's are a bit heavier than the F-Bodies & Mustang. The V6 is a great car if performance doesn't matter but when you want performance you've have to go with the SS.
I don't think you can say that performance "doesn't matter" for the V6. It is probably fair to say that performance is not the highest priority. When you say it doesn't matter, it makes it sound like V6 owners would have bought it with an Iron Duke!

That said, I would avoid rushing into the SS unless you are certain the only thing you don't like is the acceleration/sound. Best case scenario, you are going to drop more change than you really are able or want to spend (hence the original purchase of the V6). Worst case, you are going to lose a few thousand more trying to get out of the V6. Imagine how bad it would be to realize you want something else after a few months. My advice, drive you V6 for a while longer and really figure out what you do/don't like about it.

Well, if youve been there, done that and didnt want to stay, ,,move on. I personally LOVE my SS , and I couldnt Afford an SS. Id look into the SS if I were you,, I wholeheartedly disagree with your statement about getting more for the same money. No way.
But in the end, YOU have to be happy with YOUR car. Not anyone else. Good luck!

If you're not happy, either mod it or replace it. It's your money, and it's going to be worthless soon anyhow the way they're trashing the dollar. You might as well have some fun with it.

And as for being nimble.... well she made pretty decent times at the auto-cross, i dunno. For a 3800 lb car I'd say she does pretty awesome.
Watch out using the "old timer" comment....a bunch of us have been driving Camaros and Corvettes probably long before you were born!!

I'm really liking the 370z right now and it would be my second choice to a Camaro. As someone else said, try it out.
You sir are incorrect. The OP's hate crime is a felony and he will burn in hell for all eternity for making such disparaging remarks about this awesome machine that was clearly sent from the heavens above.

Also, on a side note, just FYI, this isn't a 370z enthusiast site. Common sense will tell ya that if you go to an enthusiast site and make negative comments about the product that everyone is excited about, you will get some blow back. In most cases the person: is either a troll, will need to cowboy up, or will move on.

What if the 'SS' doesn't float your boat? Are you going to complain again about trading it in for a GT500?..

The V6 is what you make of it! I'm having an ABSOLUTE BLAST in mine!!!

and the car looks so darn good at the tree! LOL!

I'm not the fastest car our there... then again, even with a V8 I still wouldn't be! I went to the track last night... I wasn't the fastest (mid-8 second cars!) and I wasn't the slowest! (old V8 cars in the 15s and 16s!) but I had a great time none the less!!!

(BTW, every one who has driven my all agree that the car does not drive as big as it is! This includes a couple road course instructors who actually put the car through it's paces! The biggest issue they had was the the V6 brakes were a bit undersized for that kind of performance driving!)
