Hey folks! I've been having issues with my top. Ive been fighting several months with the dealership. Dealt with GM. The shop they outsourced it to said they could do no better than what it is now. The dealership has found another top shop to try and will be taking it there soon. Could anyone please send me pictures of your top completely retracted in the down position? Basically shots of how it sits down in the body. This is how mine looks, and the dealer and the shop said this was normal

I see you have the same issue I do. That is a defect that I am dealing with GM about. The top fabric is supposed to go all the way down without rubbing the rear trim. I know a few members have actually worn holes in the top at those exact spots.

I think it's just the angle as mine sits flush and looks fine. The photo is weird now that I look at it again

This is the best photo I currently have showing the top down. It looks like CCMADONA's up close. Not like yours or Ryan's. I notice both of you have pre 2013 verts. In 2013 they redesigned the top mechanism, water bag and top fabric. Maybe that is normal for 2011 & 12's. 2013-15 have the new top design.
