Looked like you were doing the 100 yard dash as you went by taking the pics!! lol Are those pics from the U.S.A.? (Looks overseas to me.)

No look at the attire being worn, the type of building the signage..the dust..and flow of traffic...and the type of cars...and the tags on the cars..all things point to him being in the UAE
