Here is my .02. Where else are you going to get such a kick in the pants feel for under $200 that doesn't void your warranty? Also, with a tune and PTB, how easy is it to remove and replace with the factory items when you take it in to have service? How much does it cost to purchase a tune? A PTB? How much time does it take to install? How much to install a PTB? It took me 15 minutes to install and even less if I need to pull it out if I need to. I like the VTC. It is your prerogative to not like it, but don't come out and say it is a waste of time and money.....

This sums it up nicely.... PTB + Tune - Warranty = $1000

It's kind of a no brainer to get the result you are looking for by spending $200 and keeping the warranty.

My 2006 Honda CRV had better throttle response before the VTC. It's not about performance, but drivability. Much like my MGW shifter. Between the shifter and the VTC, my car "feels" better to drive. Is it faster? Nope.

The rest is all stock....

YMMV

i ordered mine on monday hoping it see it soon, so tile will tell but i am comming in to this with a open mine and this is my first "modern cars" so there is alot to be said about how sad the response time is on the new drive by wire, my fleet includes a blown 79 malibu and 70 c10 with a 400 sbc and a alky injected Cadillac northstar powered F/E Dragster all are a monsters out of the hole. so well see if this sharps up the response time.
