Best price I found was Ultimate Motor X. Their communication, tracking, and delivery/receipt info was first rate.

Had a serpentine/accessory belt failure on my way home yesterday. It was prime traffic time at 5PM in stand still traffic on I35 here in San Antonio. I never heard or felt anything, my car started overheating really fast so I managed to pull over and shut it off. I thought I was having a gauge malfunction so I never got out to look. After 15 minutes it cooled down so I started her back up and roared down the shoulder to an off ramp, ran a red light sort of (luckily minimal to no traffic at this particular spot) to pull into a parking lot. By this time the gauge had fully maxed out on H, and the digital said Oil Temp over 200F. Popped the hood and realized my belt was gone luckily not the AC belt because those suck to change.

My father came to help me as I was miles away from any Autoparts store and it was getting dark fast. Rather than my wife coming to pick me up and dealing with our baby I just called my father. Raced to Oreillys got a gator belt and slapped it on within 5 minutes. Easy job really but was stressful and embarrassing. I wonder what people thought when they seen a new Camaro stranded is all I was thinking about, not one person stopped to check if I were okay or anything... Makes me wonder about the morals of some people as I am the guy always stopping to see if anybody needs help. It is actually saddening...

In the end my car is fine although, it did overheat and I ran in for awhile like this nothing bad happened. I am blessed and very lucky. I will always carry a spare serpentine/accessory belt along with a screw driver and 15mm wrench in my trunk!

Looks great. I did the exact same with my dome and footwell lights love the red look. How hard was the sill install.

Really a piece of cake. Old ones peeled up, cleaned the sills, ran the wires, and despite others on the boards having problems with the wire lengths, mine were more than long enough. Tapped the same wire as the dome lights, and stuck the new ones down. Took pics all the way through and thought I'd do a thread at some point if anyone is interested.

Getting warmer.

VTC installed, Catch Can installed, some decals installed. Very warm here in the northeast this week ... if we get some rain to wash the salt off the roads we may unwrap her this weekend.

Took my visiting niece for cruise through Valley of Fire & then around Lake Mead. She had a blast; loved the scenery & riding in the Camaro

Took her out of mothballs after 4 months, could not resist a 70 degree day in Ohio at this time of year!

Got to finally feel the butt dyno after my cai and Apex scoop install....wow! Before winter I installed the CAI and felt the improvement, but just installed the scoop a couple weeks ago. Man, the combo is well worth it.

Feels and sounds awesome from launch, but passing gear performance was out of this world.

Even drove her home from work with the top down... In Ohio this time of year, who would have thought? Luckily it rained a few days ago and washed the salt off the roads.
