Sounds like a better much better buy, and a better overall package, than the Z06. I like it.

Pricing puts it near a Z06, much better buy how? No aluminum frame, no LS7, if you want the looks of a Z06 with a targa or auto the GS is a great option. I wouldn't go as far as saying the GS is a better package since for those who want higher performance the Z06 still offers more in that area.

To say the Z06 suspension is poor is a joke, yep it rides a bit harsher but it's superior to the Z51 I had before. It's not for everyone, some just want an automatic, the looks of a Z06, and could care less if there was 505hp or 250hp. For me and many others who bought a Z06, no way I would go back to anything short of a ZR1.
