MyLink conversion - lock/unlock switch placement
For those of you that have done the MyLink upgrade on a 2010/11 and installed the new door lock switch: Where did you put your new switch? I've ordered my kit from Gen5DIY, but this one piece of the puzzle is something I'm still a bit confused on.
Thanks! Steve |

I got the door pull off a 2013 and put them in the arm rest where they belong.

Related question: can the switches plate insert in the door panel be replaced? If so, with the switches plate insert from a 2013+ convertible driver's door fit in a 2011 vert door panel? Or will I need to replace the entire panel? Last edited by SteveSneed; 02-28-2016 at 04:40 PM. |

I found an entire panel on EBay but it's for a 1LT without the BA logo on the grille, and I don't really want to pay $200+ for a $15 item... |
