Same thing happened again. Went almost a week with no codes, and the code showed up as I pulled into my drive way. I decided to go ahead and replace the MAF sensor. I'm hoping this is the final fix. If this isn't it, I'm going to have to really look for a vacuum leak somewhere.

I finally got my car to formato and my RDS blower spacers were letting unmetered air in. Turns out the red RDS spacers are prone to this. They put the new black spacers on and problem solved. Those of you running the red spacers might want to keep an eye on them.
