Do you think actual 4" legs would work or do you think they'd need to be longer?

I am going to mount everything up tomorrow and measure for sure. But I think 4" would work...but a little longer would be nice so you could trim for a best fit.

It'll be worth it especially if we can source a ready made part

You obviously know by experience from this tube, they measure from center to center on leg length. Damn it looks nice if you could just stretch 3" out of it.
I know, that's what she said!!

I suggest keep looking for a large CLR 180 and cut the one leg down. Looks like it would have fit perfect.

I was considering getting the 80 mm TB. Their website said you would need aftermarket MAF sensor. What did you use on yours?

Who's website?
You don't need any different MAF.

Excuse my ignorance. What is Clr?

And I have a call out with apex on their 180 for some exact measurements. Hoping to hear back soon.

What if you rotate your CAI tube with the bend toward the engine instead of toward the radiator??? Looks like it would make it closer to fitting.

I'm running the 80 tb with my stock maf sensor. I haven't had any issues

CLR is "Center Line Radius" of the bend.

Idk if these elbows are like plumbing fittings, but in plumbing you have a 90° elbow and a short sweep elbow. While the 90 is what you need maybe you can maybe get a pvc 90 or short sweep and kind of use it to make a template. Sorry if you think it's a bad idea, it's my plumbing coming out in me.
