If you want to do more than just put the CEL out and have the car run as strong and safe as possible ,Your best bet is to do ALL your mods first then have it tuned ,then drive and data log and see what is going on with the tune and adjust to optimum . You will want a fresh tank of the fuel you will be using and can get all the time , 91 or 93 octane.

I took it into autozone today and had the codes read, 2 popped up. One for O2 sensors and one saying the cats aren't working correctly. That solves it and eliminates the small chance for an actual issue, thanks for the recommendation!
