Flip it.
Fix it, clean it, get a proper title and sell it. The title will always be branded (possibly can avoid this if you just apply for a "lost" title), so you will not be able to get full market value. Put the proceeds down on new car with better karma. JMHO Good luck. Sincerely hope it works out for you.

Yes I have the title. I reregistered it with new plates and stickers. Added back to my insurance and even actived onstar. I had to show the title and insurance to get it
