Both are being updated with the same database. Gmtracking.com is not available for use yet however as it is in beta testing and waiting for approvals. If you checked over the weekend you would have only seen data from 8-3 am unlike the camarotracking.com 8-4 update because we were going to dump all the data and run some more beta tests over the weekend.

Long story short....use Camarotracking.com until we let you all know that gmtracking is available....Then we will set a redirect up from Camarotracking.com to GMTracking.com for your convienence. Factory was closed Friday and Monday so there will be little if any new changes to the status of cars that were waiting to ship. Wont see those changes until Wed mornings update. Thanks for the clarification and update on when the plant was open. Does anyone have a definitive time frame for how long it has been taking to get stripes installed after the car is built?

My car was an 8/24 TPW built on 8/31 and has been sitting at the plant ever since. I suspect the stripes have been put on and it is just waiting to go to the railyard. I'm sure the holiday has factored in a little as well.

This is so frustrating.. My car has been available to ship for days.. with Truck as the option. I checked today and it says.. available to ship.. Rail.

Im assuming this means my car is still in Canada?

Got the Call!!!! car is at the dealership getting prepped....picking up at 5....can't wait....it's been a long 2 1/2 months....will post pics of my 1LT IBM RS when she's in the driveway

Did you order stripes? They are putting all stripes on in Canada now, so if you are, the available to ship by truck is when they sent it for the stripes, and now it is actually ready to get on a train. I am in the same boat, actually. I've been sitting at available to ship by train since last thursday, with no update since. The factory was closed friday and monday for the holiday, so that hasn't helped any. When I ordered my dealer originally told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get my car, which after checking out this site I rapidly learned was unrealistic. I was hoping it would be around 8 weeks, but the way my luck is going it looks like it will be more like 10. It's very frustrating to hear about all of these people picking up there cars already when mine hasn't even left Canada yet. But it WILL get here eventually, and so will yours. We just have to continue to be patient.

Yeah I'm not sure what to believe. My dealer isn't exactly being the most cooperative. I talked to him last week, said it would be here today. Watched the site, and kept track of it as I said in the last post.. and then I talked to them today when it wasn't here yet.. And they said..

"Well it was supposed to be here today.. maybe it will come in tonight or tomorrow. "

Ugh. I don't know what to believe haha. I just want my car!!

Wow, that's pretty bad. Other than originally saying that it would only be 4-6 weeks, my dealer has been great. He called to let me know when my TPW was, and he's really been easy to contact through the whole process. He said that he expects my car late next week, which is still a realistic goal IF it gets on a train today. I'm just hoping to see some movement on tomorrow's update. It's kind of crappy that your dealer is getting your hopes up for a delivery tomorrow, when he has to be able to find out that your car is still in Canada. Does he know that you are checking on it yourself?

Just found out mine is supposed to be at the Petersburg, VA railyard Thursday morning. Hopefully it can travel the 12.6 miles to my dealer the same day for stripes and whatever else they need to do; then I might have it for the weekend...... Fingers Crossed!!!!!!!

Mine is still at the railyard waiting for pick up. Talked to dealer and they said they don't have anything showing where the car is. So they are just waiting for it to show up.(?)

wont be an update on camarotracking till later this (wed) morning. mine says avail to ship but the last update was on the 3rd, it could be anywhere right now.
