2014 camaro zl1 rims from dealership replicas
So my story is I bought a 2015 Camaro ss decided to buy zl1 rims from dealership. They cost me 2500 plus they took my stock ss rims which they said was in the deal which is bs. Ok just this week I decided to upgrade my tire size I looked around for zl1 rim tire sizes, came to a conclusion of 275s front and 315 rear. Went to discount tire to put them on and they told me the 315 would not fit. That my rims were 20x8 front and 20x9 rear. Thought zl1 rims were suppose to be 20x10,20x11. Im so frustrated right now should I go back to dealership and hassle them for bigger wheels or get my stock ss back. Feedback needed soon will try get it done with school and everything going on atm.

May I ask what area this dealership is? I wouldn't be happy. Did they market them different than they are?

It was at Mac Haik Chevrolet Houston texas. Lady when I bought my car told me if I wanted any rims for my car I told her I wanted zl1 rims and she also gave me a discount on tinted windows but basically got money back from my wheels. I bought car in January.

Why not consider some ZL1 replica wheels? They are available for just under $1000. A 315 on a 9" wheel? No, that is not correct. On my Camaro I have the 20X9, 20X10 wheels.
275/40/20, 305/35/20 and all fits perfect.

Thats probably somewhat what he got. Op, do the rims you got actually say "camaro" on the rim between 2 spoke clusters? If im not mistaken the reproduction (replica)rims dont have the camaro lettering and the original 20x10 20x11 1le/zl1 do. Also I cant tell from your avatar pic, but are those gloss black or satin black. Real zl1's are not gloss black. That may be it right there. They didnt order you the real thing, tried to pull a fast one on ya. If they charged you $2500 for $1000 repro. rims i'd be pissed and raise hell for your original rims back and money back.

Put a close up pic of your wheels on here and we'll be able to tell you if they're real or fakes.

The OP did not ask about "real or fake" anything. Just wondering how You would determine this.

Reproduction or fake ZL1 wheels do not have Camaro stamped into the wheel barrel lip as the Real ZL1 wheels and they are not an exact style match plus the size would be smaller in most cases.

Will post up pics asap today was my birthday so had fun tonight. Also another thing is I got my rims warranted so if anything happens to them get cracked or messed up I get new rims(Paying for warranty on them monthly. That is why I prefer to deal with dealer before I can get aftermarket zl1 rims if needed. Yes there gloss black, but yea lady was so cautious about my car kept saying if anyone touches it my warranty will be voided. I still put borla exhaust and Cai intake.

Ok to answer everyone I though it was fishy when they left the stock ss rim tires on my zl1 rims 245 front and 275 rears. Im not much of a car expert but I did not think much of it. I just wanted a wider meaner look from behind and front. Like cruising said I will try and fight back for my stock ss wheels and money on zl1 rims and get aftermarkets unless they can upgrade me to 20x10 fronts and 20x11 rear zl1 rims.
