I cant comment on G6 forum, but I have owned 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gen. I have participated on forums for all those generations and I will say people who are into 2nd gens are the best people. NastyZ28.com was the best forum I have ever belonged to.

I went to the Autoshow here last night and saw my first Gen 6 SS. It didn't do it for me. That damned rear side window just kills it for me. I had heard there was no room in the back seats but wow the fronts were touching the rears when I got in sure they were pushed back some but not that much.

It was a loaded 2SS for about 58,500 Canadian. My girlfriend who is a car lover said don't ever trade mine for one of those lol!

For kicks I stood around for maybe 15 minutes to see peoples reactions and they were pretty meh... most walked by some got in then back out and said nothing about it.

Best car for the money I saw there was a 370Z for 31,800 in black. Really nice car at a great price can't believe how cheap it was.

the sad part is they were all 5th gen owners.. well some if not most of them so why talk shit now.. posers!

That's the way forums always have been. It's because of the demographic divide between some of those who own 6th gens versus the 5th gen crowd. It happened when 4th gens were still new with LS1Tech, it happened with Camaro5, and now it's happening with Gen 6. You just have to play it out until those people trade their 6th gens in for a Toyota or Lexus in a year. Not trying to be mean but it tends to be fact.

they are just trying to justify the payment for the next 6 years they have to make to the car they bought. only logical way it to do that is hate on 5th gen because there now below them and there god like 6th gen
